The patient reported hypersensitivity and pain associated with root recession on tooth #41. A microsurgical technique was performed and the root of the right central lower incisor has been fully covered by gums.
A connective tissue graft was utilized to cover the expose root on tooth #41 and the patient no longer reports inability to exert proper toothbrushing or sensitivity to cold stimuli.

The patient reported complete inability to brush the area associated with the first upper molar, due to a deep gum recession. After the use of plastic surgery the problem has been completely solved and the patient does not complain of sensitivity to cold.
A deep recession was evident on the lateral left lower incisor. A connective tissue graft harvested from the patient’s palate was utilized to completely cover the exposed root.

A deep recession on tooth #23 was associated with traumatic toothbrushing in conjunction with the use of a hard bristle toothbrush. A coronally advanced flap was performed and the root was completely covered with healthy gums.
Plastic microsurgery with the use of a connective tissue graft was performed with the aim of covering the exposed root on the lower left canine of the photo. The final result was acceptable from the patient and the initial recession was completely treated.
A tunneling surgical technique was utilized to cover the exposed root on tooth #43 of a 24-old female. The patient reported inability to brush the area due to feel of cold and sensitivity. The root was completely covered and the patient was happy.
